    Keeping your business clean is our business. Clean well-kept facilities enhance the corporate image and provide a healthy environment for Customers and Employees. To this effect HOT Cleaning Services employs the following quality control measures to ensure that you receive the best service for your money:

    Supervision

    Quality of work is maintained by constant monitoring and inspections. Our site supervisors will visit the site at least weekly to ensure proper cleaning practices are being used. This helps us to ensure we provide you with top notch service.

    Monitoring Registry

    We will provide a specific email address in which you can let our office know the deficiencies for correction or service requests. Clients have a dedicated HOT Line via phone and an exclusive email address to send/lodge your concern or request and will be acted within 4 hours.

    Trained Cleaning Staff

    We will provide you with a Team Leader/Super visor in charge of your building. He/She will be trained specifically to the cleaning needs for your business.

    Supervisory Staff

    We have a dedicated supervisor and trained team leaders who are all familiar with every work site. We provide you with full coverage during the times our supervisor goes on holiday.

    Feedback

    We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service for each job site. To that effect your feedback is very important for us to ensure we excel in taking care of your cleaning needs. Your feedback is relayed back to all the supervisors and the site cleaning staff which helps them to further ensure that we meet your expectations or future needs.
