Our team members are carefully selected and must attend a thorough induction course and undergo extensive training before they commence work. Their performance is also constantly monitored to ensure they meet the high cleaning standards that our clients have come to expect.

HOTCleaningServices strives to be the employer of choice and are selective in our hiring practices. We conduct comprehensive screening process to ensure that the most qualified and trustworthy people are caring for your facility.
We know that, in sending our staff to your premises, we are giving them access to private and confidential behind-the-scenes business areas. Trust is often a determining factor in making the decision to take on our services, and so we put a great deal of emphasis on ensuring our people, policies and selection processes have a strong emphasis on confidentiality and trustworthy behaviours and practices.
We undertake random alcohol and drug testing, regular mandatory police clearances, all staff sign confidentiality contracts, we thoroughly train staff to use quality cleaning techniques, and all staff are educated on correct health and safety techniques. Our culture at our Base operations is one of continual monitoring and improvement, and we follow that through with all staff at any site they work on. We also train our staff to leave every premise with all client equipment and belongings, valuable or not, intact and preserved.
When new employees come on board, they undergo paid induction, a series of training sessions on chemical awareness, health and safety, quality and the technical aspect of cleaning. These trainings are conducted in a classroom environment and on-the-job, first using the Base premises and then working with a supervisor at a clients premises. New staff are very closely supervised for the first two weeks. Once the supervisor is confident that a trainee is competent, he/she is assigned to a cleaning team. Regular monthly performance assessments are carried out for three months, then six monthly thereafter.
To start right and be encouraged to continue to do right makes a good impression for any new starter about the kind of company they are joining and the high standards they are expected to maintain.
Employee training is a core process within our company. It is the main means of ensuring that employees clean the HOTCleaningServices way.
Over the years we have developed our cleaning standards and processes and these have become our competitive advantage. Our employees must demonstrate compliance with these standards at all times to achieve consistent quality and efficiency.
